One problem after another. Steer clear

So although I have read some seriously poor reviews about this company I have got something good to say!! A few weeks ago an employee of Mike yould plumbing and heating LTD attended my property, on a keepmoat site in Peterborough to amended and fix my guttering I believe his name was Aidan and I have got to say he is a valuable asset to the company, polite considerate clearly hard working and done an absolute fantastic job fitting and installing my new downpipe to my property after the site decided to hide the drain 3ft underneath the shambles of what they call groundwork’s But all in all this guy done an amazing job and fantastic customer skills I would recommend this guy to anyone that had any further guttering issues

Contracted in2 do a job. Not interested in returning when we had issues

Was suppose to come round twice, of which I had to take two days off work (self employed so unpaid) and on both occasions no one turned up and no one contacted me to apologise. When contacted advised they had no idea t someone didn’t turn up and would call to reschedule - 7days later still yet to respond. Totally unprofessional Service: Shower installation

Just don’t waste your money or put yourself through the pain of using this company. There are some excellent plumbers and heating engineers available but this is not one of them. I had to employ another company to correct the multiple mistakes made by Mike Yould plumbing. A shambles of a company.

Nil points.... they can't even respond to a query... very poor experience unfortunately.....

Of I could give 0 stars I would, bad service from the start! Tried twice to book in for a quote an both times they never turned up. No email, txt, call or letter to tell me they wouldn't be coming, bad customer service and bad communication. Do not recommend whatsoever!
